Promotional Item Giveaway Rules and Guidelines
- Approvals: All giveaways must be approved by the Miami Dolphins. Any items not identified on the below lists should be discussed prior to activation. Please provide the following information to request approval on giveaways:
- Description of each item
- Image/photo of each item
- Quantity to distribute of each item
- Items that can be giveaways: (These items still need to have the above information and final artwork provided before final approval)
- Key rings
- Flag (no larger than 18in x 24in and with no stick/pole)
- Silicone bracelets
- Ear buds
- Pens
- Pennants
- Player cards (no larger than 5 inches x 7 inches)
- Partner specific clear bags
- Items to avoid:
- Sticks/Poles/Umbrellas
- Towels (includes rally, beach, and cool versions)
- Co-branded clear bags
- Seat cushions
- Anything that could be used as a projectile
- Apparel (t-shirts, jerseys, fleece, shorts, socks, etc)
- Headwear
- Foam Fingers
- Stickers
